Program/Fees

4th – 6th Grade Program

Attendance:  Class meets from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Class Size:  Small classes help ensure an excellent learning environment for our students.  Our goal is to provide a low teacher/pupil ratio with no more than twelve students per grade school class.  The Board reserves the right to increase this ratio slightly as needed.

Grades: Teachers maintain records of each child’s grades.  Report cards are issued at the end of each nine-week period.  Two parent/teacher conferences are scheduled each year.

Enrollment/Book Fees: An annual enrollment fee of $120 is charged for each child.  The student fees which include books and other administrative costs will be approximately $325 – $400 depending on the grade.   If parents wish to supply any of the required books, the Curriculum Credit Form must be submitted to the Office by June 15, to receive credit on their book fees.

Tuition: For grades 4 – 6, the tuition for 2012-2013 is $2,050 ($205/month). Payment is due on the first of each month and is paid over a 10-month period beginning April 1.  Parents are required to sign a Annual Agreement Form at enrollment, which includes a financial agreement.  Parents understand the full year’s tuition is due even if they choose to withdraw their child from the program. (Tuition is subject to change each year.)

7th – 12th Grade Program

Attendance: Junior high classes meet on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to noon.  High school classes meet on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:45 p.m.

Class Size: Small classes help ensure an excellent learning environment for our students.  Our goal is to provide a low teacher/pupil ratio, but class size will vary depending upon the number of students needing a particular course.

Grades: Teachers maintain records of each student’s grades.  Report cards are issued at the end of each nine-week period.  Official transcripts are supplied for high school students for classes taken at C.E.A.

Enrollment/Book Fees: An annual enrollment fee of $120 is charged for each child. The student fees which include books and other administrative costs will be approximately $325 – $400 depending on the grade.  If parents wish to supply any of the required books, the Curriculum Credit Form must be submitted to the Office by June 15, to receive credit on book fees.

Tuition: Tuition for 7-12 grades ranges from $230 to $260 per month, depending on the grade. Payment is due on the first of each month and is paid over a 10-month period beginning April 1.  Parents are required to sign an Annual Agreement Form at the time of enrollment, and parents understand that the full year’s tuition is due even if they choose to withdraw their child from the program.
