Program/Fees
3rd - 6th Grade Program
Attendance: C.E.A.’s school calendar will be provided at the beginning of each term. Class meets from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Class Size: Small classes help ensure an excellent learning environment for our students. Our goal is to provide a low teacher/pupil ratio with no more than twelve students per grade school class. The Board reserves the right to increase this ratio slightly as needed.
Grades: Teachers maintain records of each child’s grades. Report cards are issued at the end of each nine-week period. Two parent/teacher conferences are scheduled each year.
Enrollment/Book Fees: An annual enrollment fee of $100 is charged for each child. The student fees which include books and other administrative costs will be approximately $300 - $375 depending on the grade. If parents wish to supply any of the required books, the Curriculum Credit Form must be submitted to the Office by June 15, to receive credit on their book fees.
Tuition: Tuition is to be paid over a 10-month period beginning in June. For grades 3 - 6, the tuition for 2009-2010 is $2,000 ($200/month). Payment is due on the first of each month. Parents are required to sign a Annual Agreement Form at enrollment, which includes a financial agreement. Parents understand the full year’s tuition is due even if they choose to withdraw their child from the program. (Tuition is subject to change each year.)
