| After reading information about C.E.A.'s program, interested parents are asked to download a Parent Contact form and return it to C.E.A. by mail. Upon our receipt of this form, you will be contacted by phone or e-mail to discuss the program further and the possibility of a brief classroom visit. Should a visit be scheduled, we encourage prospective parents to bring their child or teen along to give the prospective student the opportunity to meet a C.E.A. teacher and view one of the classrooms. Parents unable to download this form may call the C.E.A. office and request a form by mail. (Office Hours: M-W-F 8:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.) |
